•
•
Planning & Zoning Board
December 14, 2005
Page 14
Mr. Laden suggested that if the Council has a set of rules, then the Planning & Zoning
Board rules should be similar
Mr. Rafferty agreed that one set of rules should apply for all. He made a
recommendation that Mr. Hyden jot down key aspects at a course he attended on this
issue, along with ideas and comments. The board can then look at them and decide if
they warrant incorporating into city meetings. Mr. Smyser suggested that Mr. Hyden
forward the list to staff, to include in next month's meeting packets.
Mr. Nelson commented he agreed on setting time limits.
Mr. Rafferty added that the board should ensure that meeting attendees direct their
questions to the board, not to staff. He noted the board has been working on that in the
past.
The board agreed to continue this discussion at the February 8, 2006 meeting.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Tralle made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 10:38 p.m., and was supported by
Mr. Laden. Motion carried 6 -0.
Respectfully submitted,
Dawn Bugge
Community Development Assistant
