The comments are <br />attached. As the design evolves, we will examine how to implement appropriate <br />recommendations. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve rezoning, preliminary plat, and MUSA allocation. <br />2. Deny rezoning, preliminary plat, and MUSA allocation. <br />3.
