Preliminary Utility and Grading Plan both prepared by Passe Engineering, Inc., dated February 17, 2006. 2. Right -of -Way Easement received via email February 17, 2006. 3. Letter prepared by Rosewood Portfolio, dated February 17, 2006. Sanitary Sewer Comments: 1. Show Lino Lakes Standard Details in Plan Set. 2. Install a manhole at the end of the line (10' west of bituminous trail in Hodgson Road R/W). 3. Material must be shown as 8" PVC SDR 35. 4. Provide 6" PVC SCH 40 -sewer service. 5. Remove existing sanitary sewer line which runs from the existing manhole located in the center of Lakota Trail to the north across Birch Street. This extension does not exist and is not required. Watermain Comments: 1. Show Lino Lakes Standard Details in Plan Set. 2. Relocate hydrant from the easterly parking median to the westerly parking median. 3. A 2" Type K Copper irrigation service must be shown if necessary. 4. A 4 "DIP -CL 52 service must be provided to the building. Show a 4" gate valve on it at the tee. 5. Remove existing watermain line which runs from the existing hydrant located on Lakota Trail to the north across Birch Street. This extension does not exist and is not required. Drainage and Storm Sewer Comments: 01. Show Lino Lakes Standard Details in Plan Set. 2. Catch basins in parking lot area are existing; therefore a comment must be`provided that states "Adjust to Grade and Install Casting ".
