The permanent access easement and temporary construction easement shall be fully <br />reviewed by City staff and will be finalized prior to approval of the CUP by the City <br />Council. <br />6. An engineered retaining wall plan and cross section of the wall and the street for the <br />drive through must be supplied and obtain City Engineer approval prior to City <br />Council review. <br />7. Responsibility for maintaining the retaining wall and road shall be ensured through <br />legal documentation. <br />8. The sign plan shall be revised and resubmitted prior to City Council review. One sign <br />is allowed on either the east or west elevation. The monument sign elevation on sheet <br />SP2 or the information in the sign plan submittal for the monument sign shall be <br />clarified regarding sign height. <br />9. Parking lot lights shall be no taller than street lights in Lakota Trail. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the conditional use permit for the drive through facility and the outdoor <br />• seating with the listed conditions. <br />2. Return to staff with direction. Additional information must be supplied to address the <br />parking issue.
