Low floor elevations are required to be a <br />minimum of 4 feet above groundwater, and a minimum of 2 feet above the 100 -year high water level <br />of adjacent waterbodies. Low opening elevations are required to 1 foot above Emergency Overflow <br />elevations. <br />11. For final submittal, provide an erosion control plan showing the location of rock construction <br />entrances, silt fence, and inlet protection. <br />12. The site plan and wetland mitigation plan must be approved by RCWD, and documentation provided <br />to the City. <br />• <br />
