ACTION ITEMS <br />A. Elect Chair and Vice -Chair <br />Board Members elected Mr. Paul Tralle as Chair. <br />Board Members elected Mr. Brian Pogalz as vice - chair. <br />B. Final Plat for Pine Glen <br />Mr. Bengtson presented the staff report. Staff recommended approval. <br />Mr. Bengtson clarified for the board that a trail is intended to be constructed in the <br />existing Dupont Ave right -of -way going east/west as a future city project. Mr. Tralle <br />commented that he thought the trail should be included as part of the project. <br />Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to recommend approval of the Final Plat for Pine Glen. <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />C. Planned Unit Development Final Plan for Legacy Townhomes <br />Mr. Bengtson noted this item was continued from the April 12, 2006 meeting. He stated <br />that revised architectural plans were included in the staff report. <br />Mr. Bengtson noted that revisions included increased bumpout on ends of buildings as <br />well as the addition of bay windows and gutters along front elevations. Mr. Bengtson <br />stated that city staff had requested a reduction in parking spaces in order to increase the <br />landscape area. Mr. Bengtson noted that the final plat includes three buildings in the first <br />phase. <br />Staff recommended approval with 22 conditions as listed in the staff report. <br />Staff noted that buildings meet build -to line requirements. <br />Frank Janes, Hartford Group, applicant, was present for questions. <br />Board members complemented the developer on the revisions of the project. <br />Mr. Janes had concerns with two conditions, stating that the requirements in conditions <br />11 and 12 should be part of the homeowner's association requirements. The Board <br />Members and City Staff agreed to the requested modifications. <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
