Elect Chair and Vice -Chair Board Members elected Mr. Paul Tralle as Chair. Board Members elected Mr. Brian Pogalz as vice - chair. B. Final Plat for Pine Glen Mr. Bengtson presented the staff report. Staff recommended approval. Mr. Bengtson clarified for the board that a trail is intended to be constructed in the existing Dupont Ave right -of -way going east/west as a future city project. Mr. Tralle commented that he thought the trail should be included as part of the project. Mr. Pogalz made a MOTION to recommend approval of the Final Plat for Pine Glen. Motion was supported by Mr. Nelson. Motion carried 5 - 0. C. Planned Unit Development Final Plan for Legacy Townhomes Mr. Bengtson noted this item was continued from the April 12, 2006 meeting. He stated that revised architectural plans were included in the staff report. Mr. Bengtson noted that revisions included increased bumpout on ends of buildings as well as the addition of bay windows and gutters along front elevations. Mr. Bengtson stated that city staff had requested a reduction in parking spaces in order to increase the landscape area. Mr. Bengtson noted that the final plat includes three buildings in the first phase. Staff recommended approval with 22 conditions as listed in the staff report. Staff noted that buildings meet build -to line requirements. Frank Janes, Hartford Group, applicant, was present for questions. Board members complemented the developer on the revisions of the project. Mr. Janes had concerns with two conditions, stating that the requirements in conditions 11 and 12 should be part of the homeowner's association requirements.
