No.: 13604.009 Date: June 2, 2006 Routing: The following site review is based on these submittals: 1. Revised Site Development Plans, submitted by MFRA dated May 22, 2006. 2. Geotechnical Report submitted by Interstate Geotechnical Engineering, Inc. dated May 24, 2006. Street and Trail Comments: 1. The radius for the temporary cul -de -sac and easement must be shown on the plans and curb and gutter must be installed. 2. Standard bituminous mix specifications should reference Mn/DOT 2360 for trail. 3. A minimum 250' radius must be used for the connection to Kildeer Drive. Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Comments: 1. Profiles must be provided to confirm crossing conflicts and adequate cover. 2. Details must be provided in conformance to City Standards. 3. Minimum separation from 3' x 6' box culvert of 3' must be labeled on plan and profile. 4. Indicate the size, type, and filling of the casing pipe to be installed. 5. Additional gate valve is required along Pheasant Run South of the 3' x 6' box culvert. 6. The watermain installed through the wetland area must be approved by the RCWD, and proposed stabilization and installation process must be provided. 7. Each entire building pad must be covered by a 250' radius to a hydrant. Please refer to the letter from Centennial Fire District dated April 18, 2006. 8.
