Tnstall a clean out at the western end of the sanitary FM at the Plat Line. <br />10. The plans must indicate whether individual grinder pumps or a lift station will be used for the sanitary <br />FM. <br />Storm Sewer and Drainage Comments: <br />1. Profiles of storm sewer must be provided. <br />2. Details must be provided in conformance with City Standards_ <br />3. Access must be provided with adequate easement to the baffled weir and pond areas for maintenance. <br />4. See attached TKDA Drainage Review dated June 2, 2006, for drainage comments to be addressed. <br />Additional Comments: <br />1. A minimum 10' trail easement must be provided. Lot 7, Block 2 must be adjusted. <br />2. Low Floor and Low Opening must be designated on Grading Plan, which must be shown accordingly on <br />the legend. <br />3. All necessary permits must be provided to the City. <br />
