Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan prepared by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, <br />dated July 24, 2006. <br />2. Utility Plan prepared by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, dated July 24, 2006. <br />Grading Plan Comments: <br />1. Drainage along side lot lines may not be directed onto adjacent property. <br />2. Proposed driveway locations must be shown. <br />3. The intent of the existing fence along Arlo Lane must be noted. <br />4. Existing top of curb shots must be provided. <br />5. The required 30 feet of City Right -of -Way is labeled incorrectly as a Drainage and Utility Easement <br />along Arlo Lane. This must be corrected on the plat and all plan sheets. <br />Utility Plan Comments: <br />1. Add local, state, and federal regulations to well abandonment also. <br />2. As -Built service locations to be updated as indicated in Utility Notes. <br />Miscellaneous Comments: <br />1. All plat comments from previous review dated July 19, 2006 must be addressed. <br />2.
