Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan, submitted by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, <br />dated July 24, 2006. <br />2. Drainage Calculations, submitted by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, dated July 27, 2006. <br />Drainage Review Comments: <br />1. The existing area is 1,100 sf more than the proposed area. Typically, the existing and proposed areas <br />should coincide. Please clarify. <br />To prevent adverse impacts to downstream properties, the post - development runoff rates from the site <br />shall not exceed predevelopment rates for the 2 -, 10 -, and 100 -year storm events. <br />3. Show the location of the rock construction entrance and inlet protection on the plans. <br />4. Include a detail of the rock construction entrance and inlet protection on the plans. <br />5. Include a note indicating that streets shall be kept free from sediment carried by construction traffic. <br />6. A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will need to be developed as part of the <br />Application for General Storm Water Permit for Construction Activity (MN R100001) required for <br />this project. A copy of the SWPPP will need to be submitted to the City so that a copy exists at City <br />Hall. <br />7. Contact Rice Creek Watershed District to determine if a permit is required for this project.
