Preliminary Plat prepared by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, dated June 29, 2006. <br />Plat Comments: <br />1. Front footage is less than standard 80' on Lot 2. Variance must be approved by Lino Lakes City <br />Council. <br />II° 2. Existing home located on Lot 1 encroaches on minimum 10' side lot offset.
