Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plan prepared by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, <br />dated September 6, 2006. <br />2. Utility Plan prepared by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, dated September 6, 2006. <br />Grading Plan Comments: <br />1. The intent of the existing fence along Arlo Lane, where it intersects the proposed driveways, must be <br />noted. <br />2. Please see attached Drainage Review dated September 14, 2006. <br />Utility Plan Comments: <br />1. All items have been addressed. <br />Plat Comments: <br />1. The required 30 feet of City Right -of -Way along Arlo Lane must be correctly shown on the Plat. <br />2. Front footage is less than standard 80 feet on Lot 2. Variance must be approved by Lino Lakes City <br />Council. <br />3. Existing home located on Lot 1 encroaches on minimum 10 foot side lot offset. Variance must be <br />approved by Lino Lakes City Council. <br />4. The existing Drainage and Utility Easements must be vacated. <br />Miscellaneous Comments: <br />1.
