Drainage Calculations, submitted by Metro Land Surveying & Engineering, dated September 6, <br />2006. <br />Drainage Review Comments: <br />All comments have been addressed. <br />Additional comment (no response required) <br />The proposed 10 -year and 100 -year rates for the site do not exceed predevelopment rates; however, <br />the 2 -year rate is exceeded by 0.07 cfs. The 2 -year event increase in rate is due to runoff flowing north <br />to Arlo Lane, and south to Lois Lane. According to the model, runoff from the proposed site that flows <br />to the east will be fully contained in the infiltration areas, and therefore will not discharge to the east <br />for the 2 -year (and 10 -year) event. As a result, infiltration areas would be required in the front yards <br />in order to reduce the 2 -year discharge by 0.07 cfs.
