Preliminary Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control, and Utility Plan submitted by Plowe Engineering, <br />Inc., dated November 14, 2006. <br />2. Preliminary Plat submitted by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc., received by the City of Lino Lakes November <br />14, 2006. <br />Utility Comments: <br />• 1. City standard utility details must be included within the plan set. <br />2. Provide detail of 36 "X30" CMP Reducer for proposed storm sewer. <br />Plat Comments: <br />1. A drainage and utility easement must be extended to cover 10' beyond the 36" CMP along the west <br />Plat Line. <br />Miscellaneous Comments: <br />1. Anoka County permit must be provided for work within Birch Street Right -of -Way. <br />2. Grading slopes shall not exceed a maintainable 3:1 limit. <br />3. Notes must include bituminous trail to be restored to existing or better, as approved by City Engineer. <br />4. Rock construction entrance must extend to Birch Street. <br />5. The depth of buildable area appears to be reduced from approximately 49' to 34' on Lot 1. Provide <br />accurate building dimensions and house type to accommodate the 10' wetland buffer setback. <br />6.
