Preliminary Grading, Drainage, Erosion Control, and Utility Plan submitted by Plowe Engineering, Inc., dated November 14, 2006. New comments are in bold and identify items that need to be addressed. Drainage Review Comments: 1. Submit infiltration basin sizing calculations for review. 11/01/06 Submit infiltration basin sizing calculations for review. 12/01/06 Infiltration basin sizing calculations have not been submitted. Please submit for review. 2. Submit a Geotechnical Report for review. The low floor elevations are required to be a minimum of 4 feet above the seasonally high ground water table. 11/01/06 Submit a Geotechnical Report for review. 12/01/06 A Geotechnical Report has not been submitted. Please submit for review. 3. Include a note on the Grading Plan indicating that streets shall be kept free from sediment carried by construction traffic. 11/01/06 This item has been addressed. 12/01/06 A note indicating that streets shall be kept free from sediment carried by construction traffic has been deleted from the current Plan. Insert previous note in Plan. 4. Indicate the 10 foot wide wetland buffer, located from the wetland delineation to the proposed lawn areas, on the Grading Plan. Any grading in the buffer area shall be restored with native wetland vegetation. 11/01/06 Indicate the type and location of vegetation and/or seed mixtures used for permanent stabilization of disturbed buffer areas on the Plan.
