Rd J Master Plan <br />The Open House on November 15, 2006 had 42 attendees who signed in (counted over 60 attending) of <br />which 80% were Lino Lakes residents, and 20% were from Shoreview. Seventeen (17) comment sheets <br />were submitted , representing 40% of attendees. <br />Submitted comments are summarized and tabulated ( +for or - against) as follows: <br />1. Support redevelopment of west corner (not Club 49) +8 <br />2. Signal and improvements to the Hodgson -Co. Rd J intersection +4 <br />3. Future realignment of Ware Rd +3 -1 <br />4. Concerned about limiting impact of ROW changes on existing properties 4 <br />5. Preserve more open space, trails, natural areas +3 <br />6. Support master planning, overall plan "look" and planned improvements +3 <br />7. Support redevelopment of east corner (Sadders Auto) +3 <br />8. Encourage more development, improved gateway, better commercial +3 <br />9. Integrate development with Shoreview, holistic neighborhood plan +3 <br />10. Support existing businesses, they should redevelop if /when they want to 3 <br />11. Don't make roads too wide ((4 lanes, like Lexington and Lake) 2 <br />12. Fewer road connections, keep cars on county roads 1 <br />13. Additional traffic Tight at new intersection north of Co. Rd. J and Hodgson Rd. 1 <br />14. Align new street at Kent Rd. 1 <br />15.
