Minimum setback from the right of way lines for structures is 40 feet for both Lake Drive and <br />Main Street. The proposed canopy encroaches into the 40 foot setback along Lake Drive and <br />Main Street. <br />2. The new entrance radius to Lake Drive must be labeled. <br />3. Adequate gasoline spill prevention and isolation devices must be installed on site. <br />4. An Anoka County Right of Way Permit must be obtained and a copy of that permit must be <br />submitted to the City prior to construction commencing. <br />5. Vehicle turning movements must be reviewed for final design. <br />Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan: <br />1. The pipe at the north entrance off Main Street has invert shots that indicate it to be a non- function <br />pipe. Grading and drainage must be restored around this pipe or the pipe must be removed. <br />2. Rip Rap should be installed at all proposed downstream flared end sections to provide for erosion <br />control. <br />3. The storage tanks for the gasoline are within the proposed infiltration pond area.
