Section 2 Subd. 10. PUD DRAFT AMENDMENTS May 2011 <br />Streetscape. Yards. <br />a. Setbacks, Periphery. Setback, Front. Front setbacks may be reduced if it will allow for greater <br />preservation of open space in the development, No building shall be <br />located Tess than twenty -five (25) feet from the back of the curb line along <br />those roadways which are part of the internal street pattern. Setbacks <br />along external collector and arterial streets shall be the same as imposed <br />in residential zoning districts. <br />c. Building Separation.
