• <br />• <br />Section 2 Subd. 10. PUD DRAFT AMENDMENTS May 2011 <br />2) Open Space Ownership and Management. If dedicated to the public, <br />the ownership and management of designated open space shall be in <br />accordance with policies applicable to the intended use. If privately <br />held, the ownership and management of the open space shall be <br />commonly owned by the property owners in the development and there <br />shall be an association established for the development. Membership <br />shall be mandatory for all property owners in the development. A <br />management plan for the open space shall be prepared describing <br />actions for maintaining the open space. Architectural Guidelines. Commercial and industrial buildings shall comply <br />with design standards of Section 3, Subd. 4.B.4 (future §1007.04) of this <br />Ordinance. <br />c. Uses within a commercial, industrial, or institutional PUD shall be <br />consistent with the land use categories of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />F. Procedure for Processing a Planned Unit Development. <br />1. Stages of PUD. All PUD applications shall be subject to the information submittal <br />requirements and the review process described in Chapter 1001, even if the PUD <br />does not include a subdivision. As described in this chapter and in Chapter <br />1001, additional information may be required for a PUD compared to other <br />development applications. The information and review processing steps for a <br />PUD are intended to provide for an orderly development and progression of the <br />PUD project -fin, with the greatest expenditure of developmental funds being <br />made only after the City has had ample opportunity for informed decisions as to <br />the acceptability of the various segments of the whole as the plan affects the <br />public interest.
