This paragraph is no longer necessary due to the improvements to the I -35W /Lake Drive interchange. • Pg. 2 -50, Subd. 10. D. 5. b: Delete requirement of 25 foot setback unless necessary for some reason. Board members asked staff to determine if a 25 -foot setback is required for a reason.
