(2) MUSA allocation criteria. The following criteria shall be considered to determine if <br />MUSA will be allocated to a preliminary plat /phasing plan: <br />u-se <br />(a- find g is made that the <br />(b}- The existing or- proposed zoning of the property is consistent with the proposed <br />(c) <br />Lino Lakes -S bdi-v ion- and Zoning Chapters; <br />(e) A utility extension can be made to the subject property; <br />(4)- A roadway extension can be made to the subject property; <br />(g)— -Development of the property shall not adversely <br />d-by the Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan. <br />(Ord. 04 03, passed 2 24 2003) <br />CONCEPT PLAN <br />§ 1001.020025- GENERAL. <br />19 <br />(1) While-not-mandatory, it is suggested that subdividers Prior to submittal of a preliminary <br />plat, applicants shall prepare and submit a concept plan_ _ <br />informal -review prior to fling -a- formal application. The concept plan shall be the product of a <br />collaborative design process. On the basis of the concept plan, the city shall informally advise <br />the subdivider . .. . .. • f the extent to which the proposed subdivision generally <br />conforms to the Comprehensive Plan, to the design standards of this chapter, and to other <br />applicable requirements, and shall discuss possible modifications. <br />(Ord. 04 -03, passed 2 -24 -2003) <br />(2) Purpose.
