Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />VII DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Recap of Urban Land Institute Workshop and Survey Results <br />Mary Divine provided an overview of the ULI discussion which was held with the <br />Economic Development Advisory Committee and City Council Members. Ms. Divine <br />requested comments from the Planning & Zoning Boa , <br />Board commments included: <br />• The City's Comprehensive Plan is a goo <br />accommodate diversity of developmen <br />• Master planned area are valuable arS, , <br />• Developers should not guide developrn3 <br />develops <br />• <br />d is flexible enough to <br />city should continue doing that <br />but rr t forces will drive what <br />The rural character of the City is a valuable esoorce, and walking to services <br />doesn't fit with that <br />• It was good to share with other city officials <br />demographic data <br />• The City should have a well defined plan, and administer the plan efficiently and <br />and itwasNaluable to see the <br />predictably <br />VIII.
