• <br />• <br />• <br />At the July 11, 2012 meeting the Board requested additional information, specifically more <br />information on the properties in the city that are currently zoned NB and LB and also a <br />comparison of the uses that are allowed in the three current zoning districts and how NB and LB <br />differ. Staff has compiled a zoning map and two tables with data on the uses and the existing <br />properties in the city. They are attached to this report. <br />The differences between NB and LB are very minor as to the uses allowed in each, the main <br />difference being how drive - throughs and gas stations are treated. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is seeking input from the Board prior to making any notices in regards to rezoning that are <br />necessary to complete this amendment. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
