The ACHD Engineering Plan Review Process will apply to this site plan. Calculations must be <br />provided along with a grading and erosion control plan that delineates the drainage areas for this site. <br />The post - development rate /volume of runoff must not exceed the pre - developed rate /volume of runoff <br />for the 10 -year, critical design storm. An engineering plan review fee estimated at $500.00 will apply <br />for this development.
