14. <br />0 <br />City shall rescind item #10 of Council Resolution 06 -137 relating to rain gardens. <br />15. <br />The "Preserve of Lino Lakes" development has protection areas for Tubercled Rein - <br />orchid, an endangered species, and Scirpus clintonii, a special concern bulrush. <br />Scirpus clintonii is soon to be placed on the endangered list. These areas are to be set <br />aside and protected from construction damage. <br />a. Orange fencing with appropriate signage must be placed at the boundaries of <br />these areas. <br />b. Signage must state no equipment or disturbances of any kind allowed in the <br />protection areas. <br />c. Attention to these areas must be discussed at preconstruction meetings, and <br />sufficient notice to appropriate city staff given of the commencement of <br />grading operations. <br />16. <br />The final plat and related documents must be recorded with Anoka County within 90 days of approval <br />or the final plat will become null and void. <br />17. After recording, (1) copy showing evidence of recording shall be submitted back to the City. <br />ENGINEERING, PUBLIC WORKS, & FIELD VERIFICATION <br />18. The drainage and utility easement on Outlot A should be removed from the final plat. <br />19. <br />A temporary cul de sac easement on Pheasant Run is required. <br />20. <br />Cost estimate for all improvements shall be submitted. <br />21. <br />A Development Contract will be drafted by the City and signed by the developer. <br />22. <br />Construction details for boardwalks shall be submitted to the City for approval. <br />23.
