Final Site Development Plans for The Preserve prepared by MFRA: <br />C.1.01 — L.1.01 Dated February 11, 2013 <br />Retaining Wall Cross - Section Comments: <br />1. Engineering calculations and fencing must be provided for all retaining walls greater than 4' <br />in height. <br />2. A standard detail for retaining walls 4' or greater must be provided with fencing shown. <br />3. Provide stationing for all retaining wall and guard rail termini and offsets from centerline. <br />4. All retaining walls must be within easements and outside City right -of -way. <br />Street and Trail Comments: <br />1. A 20' minimum must be provided for all intersection radii, including the throats of cul -de- <br />sacs. <br />2. Spot elevations must be provided for the proposed concrete curb within the cul -de -sacs to <br />confirm that a minimum grade of 0.5% is maintained. <br />3. The bituminous specified for the streets and trails is no longer up to date. The City <br />specifications for streets is Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (3, C) SPWEB340C and for <br />trails is Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (2, C) SPWEB240C — Trail. <br />4. Killdeer Drive is not centered within the right -of -way at the north end where it connects to <br />the existing roadway. Either the street alignment or the right -of -way need to be adjusted <br />accordingly. <br />5. The trail detail on sheet C4.01 does not match the City Standard Plate shown on C9.02. <br />Please remove the detail on sheet C4.01. <br />6. Details for the construction of the boardwalk need to be included in the plans. <br />Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Comments: <br />1. Indicate the type of casing pipe to be installed for both the watermain and the forcemain. <br />2.
