The proposed storm sewer needs to be shown in the profile as a hidden line type. <br />5. The watermain needs to be labeled as Class 52. <br />6. The watermain between the Killdeer Drive cul -de -sac and the Pheasant Run cul -de -sac needs <br />to be realigned to more closely follow the proposed boardwalk. <br />7. The plans need to include the note that Gopher One locates have been performed and <br />included in the plans. <br />Storm Sewer and Drainage Comments: <br />1. A copy of the drainage calculations needs to be submitted for review. <br />2. Confirmation that the RCWD permit for this site is still in effect must be provided. <br />3. Low floors must be 4' above the highest anticipated water table which is identified as <br />mottled soils or the seasonally high water mark. <br />4. FES E invert elevation is below the proposed grade at its current location. <br />5. Emergency overflows for the low points of Pheasant Run South at station 0 +50 and Killdeer <br />Drive at station 3 +50 must be shown on the grading plan. <br />Grading Comments: <br />1. The grading plan needs to show both the proposed and existing contours. <br />2. The location of the soil borings should be shown on the plan. <br />3. The drainage swale behind Lots 1 -6, Block 6 is not contained within the drainage and utility <br />easement.
