• <br />• <br />• <br />ANALYSIS <br />The submitted final plat is generally consistent with the approved preliminary plat. There <br />is an existing boardwalk/trail that extends from Trappers Court to Birch Park along the <br />north end of Outlot D. An easement was purchased by the City from the previous owners <br />in 2003 but is not identified on the final plat or in the title commitment.
