All driveways shall be reviewed for consistency with the <br />access management guidelines of the Lino Lakes transportation plan. <br />(8) Setback lines. Setback or building lines shall be shown on all lots <br />intended for residential use and shall not be less than the setback <br />required by the Lino Lakes Zoning Chapter, as may be amended. <br />(9) Water courses. Water courses may be contained within abutting lots. <br />Water courses shall be protected by easement that will include at a <br />minimum a ten foot buffer extending outward from the delineated <br />wetland boundary or the water course ordinary high water level as <br />defined by § 1001.007.
