Contingent upon 21st Avenue N being extended, the <br />proposed preliminary plat is not considered premature and it meets the performance <br />standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance. <br />Blocks and Lots <br />The preliminary plat identifies the creation of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Alino Addition. <br />Lot 1, Block 1 is the proposed site of the Metro Transit Park and Ride. Lot 2, Block 1 <br />has no immediate plans for development, grading, utility extensions, roadways etc. and <br />shall be renamed Outlot A until future development is proposed. <br />Streets and Alleys <br />The development of the site is contingent upon the extension of 21st Avenue N.
