2. All dwellings without basements in this district shall be required to <br />provide an additional one hundred (100) square feet of floor area to house <br />utilities. <br />3. Garages. All single family dwellings shall have a double garage and <br />shall comply with the following: <br />a. Compliance with the Building Type and Construction Standards of <br />Section 3. Subdivison 4.B, and <br />b. All garages, except side or rear loaded garages, shall not protrude <br />forward of the front wall of the house, unless the house includes a <br />front porch that is unenclosed, a minimum of 8 feet in depth, and <br />extends across 100 percent of the front facade of the house. The <br />garage shall then not protrude forward of the front porch, and <br />c.
