Subdivision <br />4. <br />Q. <br />b. Revise title bar from Preliminary Landscape Plan to Landscape Plan. <br />c. The landscape plan does not show any proposed landscaping. <br />d. The landscape plan shall clearly show the location, type and count of all <br />required boulevard trees (1 per single family lot or 1 tree per 70 linear feet <br />along open spaces /outlots) along Robinson Drive. <br />e. The landscape plan shall clearly show a 15 foot landscape buffer in <br />accordance with Section 3. Subdivision 4. Q. along Lot 1, Block 3 and Lot <br />1, Block 4. <br />f. The landscape plan only needs to incorporate Outlot A, Century Farm <br />North 5th Addition that is affected by the PUD amendment. <br />g.
