THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MINNESOTA POLLUTION <br />CONTROL AGENCY - NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM ( NPDES) PERMIT. <br />2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE A CO- APPLICANT WITH THE OWNER ON THE NPDES PERMIT. <br />3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE THE REQUIRED INSPECTION REPORTS AND BE <br />RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE EROSION CONTROL DEVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE <br />NPDES PERMIT AND THE SWPPP FOR THIS PROJECT. <br />4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ASSUME COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTROLLING ALL SILTATION <br />AND EROSION OF THE PROJECT AREA. <br />6. ALL EROSION CONTROL AND SILTATION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL COMPLY WITH MINNESOTA'S <br />BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES MANUAL <br />7.
