iv. A cost estimate for the trail construction broken down into the <br />above 3 segments shall be provided. <br />d. A temporary cul de sac shall be shown at the southwest end of Fox Road. <br />e. The conservation easement shown over the building pad of Lot 1, Block <br />15 shall be removed. <br />f. Lots extending into wetlands and ponding/infiltration areas should be <br />minimized to the greatest extent as possible. <br />i. Lots 7 -15, Block 1 should not extend into the wetland or ponding <br />areas. <br />ii. Lots in Block 2 should not extend into the infiltration area. <br />iii. Lots in Block 3 and Block 4 should not extend into the wetland <br />area. A minimum 10 foot buffer between the wetland and property <br />line should be maintained. <br />iv. The northern property line measuring 125.4 feet of Lot 1, Block 5 <br />shall maintain a minimum 10 foot buffer from the wetland. <br />v. Lot lines in Block 6 should not extend into the wetland area. The <br />property line shall maintain a minimum 10 foot buffer from the <br />wetland. <br />11. Comments/Revisions to Sheet 6 of 9- Landscaping Plan: <br />a. A landscape buffer 15 feet wide shall be provided on the west side of Lot <br />1, Block 6 to buffer from the existing utility substation structure on the <br />adjacent property. <br />b. The landscape plan shall include open area landscaping as required per <br />ordinance. <br />c.
