Emergency Overflow locations and elevations need to be added to the plans for all street <br />low points. <br />2. All basements must be a minimum of 2 feet above any adjacent pond High Water Levels <br />( HWL). It appears that Lots 9 -15, Block 1 do not meet this requirement. <br />3. Building pads cannot be located within the drainage and utility easements. There are a <br />number of house pads shown throughout the project that encroach into the side yard <br />drainage and utility easements. <br />4. The Normal Water Elevations (NWL) and High Water Elevations (HWL) need to be <br />added to the plans for the existing wetlands that are located behind a number of the <br />proposed lots. We need to confirm that the basement floor elevations meet the City's <br />minimum requirements. <br />5.
