The ghost platted areas shall meet density requirements. <br />b. A ghost plat is required for the area in the immediate northwest corner of <br />20` Avenue and Cedar Street and to the east of Outlot G. <br />19. Sheet 10, Utility Plan: <br />a. The trail that abuts Street C and Street I shall be revised to a 5 foot wide <br />concrete sidewalk. <br />b. Sidewalk shall be extended along Street B to the southern boundary of the <br />property. <br />c. Sidewalk shall be extended along Street C to Cedar Street. <br />d. Street C shall be 32 feet wide back to back from Street B north to Cedar <br />Street. <br />20. Sheet T1, Tree Preservation Plan: <br />a. The plan shall be revised in accordance to Section 3, Subd. 4.Q.10 -Tree <br />Preservation and Mitigation Standards which requires identification of <br />Environmentally Sensitive Areas and Basic Use Areas. <br />21. Sheet L2, Landscape Plan <br />a. The landscape buffer along 20th Avenue S shall be revised in accordance <br />to Section 3, Subd. 4, Q.6- Buffer and Screen Standards. <br />22. Sheet L3, Landscape Plan: <br />a.
