5. To reduce the possibilities of rural urban conflicts in establishing types <br />maintain an acceptable per capita cost for such services as sanitary sewer, <br />water, police, fire. road maintenance, school transportation, and others as <br />t�onoonnrcr <br />• <br />Will MO <br />comply with the following: <br />1. Residential Identifications: Not more than two (2) square feet of nameplate. <br />2. Institutional Identifications: Churches, schools, parks, etc. allowed up to <br />thirty two (32) she <br />3. Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by Section II, Subd. F of <br />Ordinance, are prohibited in the Rural(R) R. Rural Executive (R X) Zoning <br />Districts. <br />5. Each property with a residence may have one freestanding sign, temporary <br />or permanent, without a permit: The maximum size is six (6) square feet, <br />placed at least ten (10)' feet from the property line_ This sign shall not <br />advertise commercial activity that is not allowed or conducted on the same <br />property as the sign. There is no time limit for such a sign. <br />B.
