The <br />City questions bow those differences are reflected in the transportation modeling, and the <br />Metropolitan Council's Regional model that is based on their assumptions. <br />The Staff commends Lino Lakes for recognizing the limitations the City Charter has and <br />how it becomes difficult, if not impossible, to have a viable long range infrastructure <br />plan. <br />The City supports a coordinated effort with Lino Lakes on providing trail segments that <br />serve the needs of our communities. <br />Fig 6-4 appears to show a projected 60,000 vehicles north of County Road J. The Staff <br />believes this daily traffic count is for Interstate 35E, however, due to the Interstate's <br />proximity of 20a' Avenue North, this number may be misread to apply to counts on 20th <br />Ave north. The map should be modified to clarify the roadway on which these counts are <br />projected. Also, See Fig 6-6. <br />411 Fig 6 -5 shows a number of four -lane divided highways, which raises some concern <br />regarding traffic impacts on Shoreview's roadway system. <br />
