Chapter 7, Sanitary Sewer, <br />The Plan indicates sanitary sewer will be extended along County Road J in the future. <br />The City of Shoreview is willing to work with Lino Lakes to examine the feasibility of <br />providing sewer services to nnsewered parcels located in Shoreview, on County Road J, <br />near the Poplar Lake Open Space <br />Chap 9, Parks, Incl. Trails - The City of Shoreview supports the coordinate planning of <br />trails between the communities to ensure connections exist; specifically those along the <br />common boundaries /corridors; County Road 1, County Road E, Lexington Avenue, Rice <br />Creek Open Space <br />Chapter 10 — Planning Districts <br />Planning District 1: Recommendation - "Work with Anoka County and Ramsey County <br />to ensure appropriate access management on County Road J (Ash Street)." The City of <br />Shoreview will request to participate in the development of access management <br />guidelines for this arterial roadway. <br />The City of Shoreview appreciates the opportunity to review the Lino Lakes <br />Comprehensive Plan.
