All PUD applications shall be subject to the information submittal <br />re•uirements and the review •rocess described in Chaster 1001 even if the PUD <br />does not include a subdivision. As described in this chapter and in Chapter <br />1001 additional information ma be required for a PUD com•ared to other <br />development applications. The information and review processing steps for a <br />PUD are intended to provide for an orderly development and progression of the <br />PUD project Plan, with the greatest expenditure of developmental funds being <br />made only after the City has had ample opportunity for informed decisions as to <br />the acceptability of the various segments of the whole as the plan affects the <br />public interest.
