3. City Staff shall monitor the project site to ensure no negative environmental <br />impacts and compliance with MPCA guidelines. <br />4. Hours of operation shall not be subject to the restrictions of Ordinance No. 04- <br />96 due to the nature of this project. <br />5. Should access to the freeway occur directly from the Tagg property, location <br />and site grading shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br />6. The use shall terminate upon completion of the project and the site shall be <br />returned to its pre- construction state. Shafer Contracting shall provide <br />communication to the City stipulating this completion date along with a bond <br />or letter of credit in an amount determined by the City Engineer to guarantee <br />site restoration. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Ordinance Text Amendment to add Temporary Concrete Batch Plant as an <br />Interim Use to the Limited Business Zoning District. <br />2.
