He asked how long the applicant has owned the property. Staff <br />advised Mr. McDonough has owned the property since 1982. He was advised in the mid <br />80's that City sewer was coming soon. Staff noted that it is unlikely utilities will be <br />available in this area unless a development goes in enabling the City to assess the costs. <br />Mr. Zych asked about the large wetland in the area. Staff referred to a map pointing out <br />the wetlands noting that the property is developable. <br />Chair Schaps asked if the applicant will be building on the 4+ acre parcel. Staff advised <br />the applicant has a buyer for the larger parcel.
