The City adopt Ordinance No. xx — 2000 adding Temporary Concrete Batch Plant as an Interim Use to the Limited Business Zoning District. 2. The Batch Plant shall be located as far west as possible to avoid negative impacts on the wetlands at the eastern edge of the Tagg property. 3. Hours of operation shall not be subject to the restrictions of Ordinance No. 04 — 96 due to the nature of this project. • 4. Should access to the freeway occur directly from the Tagg property, location and site grading shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer.
