A <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Jeff Smyser <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: March 8, 2000 <br />TOPIC: Preliminary Plat, Bluebill Ponds <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant, Heritage Development, has submitted an application for a preliminary plat. <br />The site is on the south side of Main St. across from Wood Duck Trail and Blue Bill <br />Lane. The original application came before P & Z in October 1999. The project has <br />been continued since then for various design reasons. <br />The City received this revised plat application December 13. State statutes allow 120 <br />days for the City to make a decision on a preliminary plat application. In order for the <br />City Council to meet this statutory deadline, the Council must act at its March 27 <br />meeting. Therefore, the application was put on the March P & Z agenda. <br />• This report is based on the most current submittal consisting of the following: <br />• <br />Preliminary Plat 12/10/99 submitted 12/13/99 <br />Preliminary Utility Plan 12/7/99 submitted 12/13/99 <br />Preliminary Grading Plan 12/7/99 submitted 12/13/99 <br />Hydrology Map 12/7/99 submitted 12/13/99 <br />The site is completely within the existing MUSA.
