• <br />• <br />• the landowner /developer is interested in looking at options for natural resource conservation <br />in a subdivision design and management and is willing to work with DN IZ/MLT in exploring <br />conceptual design options; <br />• the landowner /developer and/or city will provide an adequate scaled survey or basemap for <br />the subdivision study site (preferably with 2' contour intervals); <br />• the landowner /developer will provide funds for and/or have conducted a reasonably detailed <br />natural resource inventory of the subdivision study site (this would build on the land cover <br />mapping done by this project, and would preferably also include location and inventory of <br />any rare, endangered, or threatened specie as well as significant trees and wetland <br />delineation); <br />• the landowner /developer will allow the DNR/MLT access to the site for natural resource <br />assessment and planning purposes; <br />• the city and landowner /developer understand that the conceptual designs generated through <br />this project would not substitute for the professional engineering and design work that the <br />developer would need in order to meet the city's subdivision requirements or for project <br />implementation purposes; and <br />• the city and /or landowner /developer will try to share the results of this project with any future <br />planners, owners, managers, etc of the subdivision study site. <br />
