An additional 20 feet of right of way shall be dedicated to Anoka County by <br />Deed, prior to issuance of any Building Permits. <br />6. A revised survey document, indicating the right -of -way dedication, shall be <br />provided prior to Council review. <br />7. Engineering: plans shall be revised as indicated in the Engineer's report <br />dated October 5, 2000. <br />8. All lighting shall be directed downward and produce no glare on the roadway. <br />9. Approval of the site plan is not an implied approval of signage. Any signs <br />required a sign permit and must comply with the City's Sign Ordinance. <br />10. A shared driveway agreement shall be provided for the entrance drive. <br />11. Access permits shall be obtained from Anoka County Highway Department <br />prior to construction on the site. <br />OPTIONS <br />1.
