The City previously considered an application on the site that included a comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning for a portion of the property. That area is now proposed to be platted as an outlot and is not proposed for development at this time. The property is located south and east of Old Birch Street. The review is based on plans received by the City on August 13, 2001.
