• <br />AGENDA ITEM 7.A. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />P & Z MEETING DATE: February 14, 2007 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat <br />Pine Glen Second Addition <br />BACKGROUND <br />23 LLC. has applied for a final plat for the remaining portion of the residential property within the Pine Glen <br />project area, which is located west of Lake Drive approximately 1,000 feet south of Main Street. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The final plat for the second addition is substantially conforming to that shown during the preliminary plat <br />review completed and the final plat for the first addition. <br />lithe final plat generally conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as approved by the City Council on <br />November 28, 2005; and the phasing plan that was revised during the review of the final plat for the first <br />addition. <br />The title commitments have been forwarded to the City Attorney for review, and they will be required to be <br />approved prior to the item being heard by the City Council. <br />All conditions of approval for the development have either been met with the first addition final plat and <br />development agreement. A development agreement for this phase will be included with the plat when it goes <br />before the City Council in March. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the final plat for Pine Glen Second Addition. <br />TTACHMENTS <br />1.
