On Attachment 8, under Erosion Control Notes, language should include <br />NPDS compliance. <br />2. The second paragraph of the Erosion Control Notes, that "stone pads will be <br />installed at all entrance /exit points." <br />3. The fifth paragraph of the same section should start out with "The <br />contractor.... ", and the part about "when at all possible" removed. <br />4. The 6th paragraph should add "sediment deltas removed and slope erosion <br />repaired in 7 days." <br />Erosion and sediment control notes must include: <br />• Narrative /project description, and purpose and goal of the project. <br />• List of sequence of all soil disturbance activities. <br />• Identify receiving waters. <br />• Describe erosion control practices. Describe each control, its purpose, <br />materials required, and installation methods. <br />• Describe sediment control, its purpose, materials required, and installation <br />methods. <br />
