ATTACHMENT 13 <br />• Describe post construction stormwater management controls and why <br />they were selected. <br />• Inspection and BMP maintenance plan. Should include NPDES <br />stormwater permit (mandatory weekly and within 24 hours of 1/2 inch rain <br />event or greater, and maintenance check list. <br />• A table listing slopes and cover requirements within the slope categories <br />of: 10:1 or flatter -21 days, 10:1 to 3:1 -7 days, greater than 3:1 -3 days. <br />• Should say conveyances /ditches are covered in 24 hours of disturbance. <br />In addition: <br />Details of catch basin protection of existing storm sewers on Attachment 9 <br />needs to be changed to reflect an approved storm water inlet protection <br />device. Fabric over catch basins will not be allowed. <br />A temporary storm pond should be located on the site. All storm water <br />dewatering should be directed to a temporary pond. A temporary pond <br />dewatering plan must be approved by the City prior to dewatering turbid water <br />from the site. <br />A concrete truck washout area must be located on the plan. <br />A waste containment plan must be located on the plan. <br />• <br />• <br />
